The quality of the recording was poor and the crazy camera work during the workout made the moves difficult to follow and just downright annoying. I was not happy with this one, but it doesn't put a black cloud over my eagerness to purchase another Richard video in the future. Keep dancing!! Seems to be a brand new tape. Customer Rating: Summary: Please make this a DVD! Comment: This is my favorite Richard Simmons workout. It is fun to do. It has great music and easy movements. The length is perfect. There's only one thing wrong with it. It needs to be offered in DVD!!! Please, Richard?! Customer Rating: Summary: More fun.... Comment: If you like to dance while you work out this will do it. I did not like it as much as the earlier ones; nonetheless, it still had value. Things went to quickly for me. Comment: I highly recommend this workout especially for those of us who are limited in the amount of time we can workout. It is a great way to start the day! It may only be 20 minutes but it will energize you and make you sweat. Another great feature is that it has warm-up and cool-down segments.
